Setting up
What do I need to do after installing?
Download Auralink from the App Store, sign up or sign in, and press the connect button. The app connects you to the fastest available server, and from that moment your traffic runs through the encrypted tunnel.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes — new subscribers get a 3-day free trial with no charge during those three days. If you decide not to continue, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial runs out so you are not billed.
On how many devices can I be connected at once?
That depends on the plan you pick; the current limits are listed on the App Store page. Every plan works on iOS.
Should I turn it on when using public Wi-Fi?
It is one of the best use cases. Auralink encrypts your traffic, which helps protect it on public networks in cafés, airports and hotels.
Which VPN protocol is used?
Auralink is built on WireGuard, the newest and fastest VPN protocol out there. It outperforms OpenVPN and IKEv2 while keeping to the strictest security standards, with 256-bit AES encryption.

If you pay in another currency, the app shows the local price at the time of purchase.
How do I cancel?
Payments are handled by the App Store, so cancelling happens in iOS:
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Choose Auralink.
- Tap Cancel Subscription.
Do this at least 24 hours before the renewal date, otherwise the next period will be charged.
Can I get my money back?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Sign in with your Apple ID at reportaproblem.apple.com to send a request. If a technical issue was the reason, let us know at [email protected] and we will do our best to help.
When will I be charged again?
Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and Apple sends you a receipt. To stop the renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period is over.
Fixing problems
The connection feels slow. What can I do?
- Check that your internet works well without the VPN first.
- Disconnect and connect again so the app can pick an available server.
- Close the app, open it again and reconnect.
Auralink won’t connect.
Work through these one at a time:
- Fully close the app and launch it again.
- Turn airplane mode on, then off, to reset the network.
- In Settings → General → VPN & Device Management, make sure the Auralink VPN profile is present.
- If nothing helps, delete and reinstall the app.
